A woman called the Midwest City 911 center Wednesday morning and told police "You might want to send an ambulance to 930 N. Pine because I just shot a gentleman." Police Chief Brandon Clabes tells KTOK News officers responded to the house and found the front door ajar. They pushed the door open and found a middle-aged man lying on the floor deceased. They located the female caller at a nearby convenience store and took her into custody for questioning. Her red Chevy truck was impounded. "Unfortunately, we are working the case as a homicide but don't know the underlying circumstances at this time," said Chief Clabes. "However, we are confident no one else is involved other than the original female caller and our victim." He says the woman is being interviewed.
