A bank robbery Friday morning in south Oklahoma City ended with two suspects behind bars and police say they could be connected to five other bank robberies in the metro area since February.
Two armed men robbed the MidFirst Bank at 7500 S. Western Friday morning and fled in a stolen car that they crashed nearby. They fled on foot. But FBI Special Agent Rick Rains told KTOK News that a subsequent investigation led officers to a residence in the 3000 block of NE 16th where 27-year-old Michael Lewis and 19-year-old Jerry Lewis were arrested. 21-year-old Edna Huff was arrested on related state charges. Another individual located at the residence is currently in investigative detention and may also face charges.
